Strengths and Weaknesses

Many times candidate are successful to mention their strengths. However when it comes to explaining weaknesses they fail to answer in appropriate manner. Here I have explained that how should you turn your strengths into weaknesses.

Example:

I push myself really hard till the deadline is met
I am very punctual,etc


Why do you want to work for our company?

To answer this question, you should be well aware about the company. If you add some statistics about company like: number of employees, recent achievements of company, some of the best company policies that you know, etc.

You can also add some points like: " I will get a lot to learn and growth potential is really high with your company"


Why Should I Hire you

This is the question where you need to prove how efficient you are from other candidates. In answer to this question, you should focus on your strengths. Explain your efficiency towards job. If you give earlier job examples of the situations in earlier job where you efficiently handled critical situations, will be beneficial for you.


What is your goal in next five Years?

This question is asked to judge your aspirations about career. This will also give idea to interviewer about your sustainability in organization. In answer to this question you should explain your short term career plans.
Again keep it in mind that you should answer with your professional plans only.

Example: Want to grow with responsibilities. As well as technical growth, in these five years, I want to develop my managerial knowledge too.

Tell me about yourself

This is the most common question asked in interviews. This question is intended to check your communication and confidence. While answering this question be you have to be very careful. The interviewer is interested in your professional details not the personal one. You should answer this question based on your cv. Below mentioned points will help you answer this question.
